Problem Note 52642: SAS® Social Network Analysis might display black boxes instead of node icons

When you click the Social Network Analysis tab to view the network that is associated with an alert, some nodes in the network might be incorrectly displayed as black boxes.
Click the Hot Fix tab in this note to access the hot fix for this issue.
